Reduction in contractual costs with
increases in leads and cost reduction
The challenge
The collaboration began with the implementation and management of digital campaigns for all markets (national and international), later extending to the defining and strategic management of content and brand awareness in different markets, as well as social media, with BYD taking over the entire Digital Marketing Department and its interaction with the recruitment area.
The result
In 3 months, the volume of monthly Leads increased by 28%, the cost per Lead fell by 48%, and an average of 29% in the cost per hire. In 12 months, 1442 more people were hired than in the same period in the previous year.
The strategy
An extensive survey was carried out of the different reasons that lead employees to decide to emigrate, namely to settle in Portugal. It was understood that the value proposition for a German is totally different from that which has to be presented to a French or Dutch person. A unique strategy was built for each market, with different value propositions, materials, and communication platforms. There was particular focus on channels such as Twitter, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok or any other platform that made sense for each territory. The key was to measure every step of the candidate and always understand which source delivered the most competitive, qualified lead with the best conversion rates. What works in one market may not work in another.
